- We accept payments via cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online payment gateways (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa/Mastercard).
- NovaWears.pk reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer delivery across Pakistan. Standard delivery times range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout and may vary based on your city or order value.
- NovaWears.pk is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Exchanges
- Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect products. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours.
