At NovaWears.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver premium men’s fashion products with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a flexible and transparent return and exchange policy.

7-Day Exchange & Warranty Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange warranty from the date of delivery. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can request an exchange within this period.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must not be a sale or clearance item (non-returnable unless faulty).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

What Can Be Exchanged?

We will exchange your product if:

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item arrived damaged or stained.

Note: Color variation due to screen resolution is not considered a defect.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at info@novawears.pk within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if defective or incorrect).
  3. Our support team will verify your request and provide the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the item is being exchanged for any other reason (e.g., size change), the customer will bear return shipping costs.

Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds unless:

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  • The product was paid for but not delivered within the committed time frame due to our error.

Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale.
  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items without original tags and packaging.
